My perspective is shaped by my years behind the pass. As a chef by trade, I spent my career mastering the delicate balance of flavour, texture, and presentation. This culinary background gives me a unique "chef’s eye"—I don’t just see a dish; I see the technique, the heat, and the soul of the ingredients.
